That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns process that’s as smooth as slipping into your favorite bikini.

Just like our swimwear combines style with comfort, our returns policy blends flexibility with fairness. We’ll make the process quick and painless so you can get back to enjoying the beach life.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bikini Bottoms
  • Bikini Tops
  • One Pieces
  • Kids SWIMWEAR
  • Mastectomy swimwear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request using the template below
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely with the original packaging
  4. Include the completed return form (we’ll email this with your RAN)
  5. Ship your return to our Fremont facility

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we aren’t responsible for lost return packages
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days for card refunds)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process your return

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • International returns typically take 2-3 weeks to reach our facility
