Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) from our California headquarters. Your order will be delivered via DHL/FedEx (Standard Shipping) or EMS (Free Shipping).
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing
Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days after 1-2 day processing

Vacation Tip: Order at least 3 weeks before your trip or choose Standard Shipping for faster delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Swimwear is intimate apparel, so we can’t accept returns for hygiene reasons if the protective liner has been removed.
How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and return request. We’ll provide simple return instructions to our Fremont, CA headquarters.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
